Any recruitment agencies specialise in jobs for Kerala woman?

I have been asked by a contact of mine, if I can help a woman from Kerala to find employment in Qatar - this is not my area of expertise so if I can pass on her CV to an agency, that's the best I can do.

She is experienced cook, also managed a team of workers in a factory, and did work in Qatar for 4 years with a family until that family moved to the US

She has excellent references

Any ideas where I can send her CV to?
