Any one knows about this company "SEPAM". I'm a fresher(electrical engineer).Have got an offer for graduate engineer. How about this company.they pay salary in USD.any reviews about this company? Please help me out.
@vram: as you are a fresh Engineer go a head feel your self proud because there are so many guys who have 3 or 4 years Experience but still they are job less don't miss the chance.. Good Luck... I hope you will not ask any more silly Questions and don't believe every one here use your common sense...
How many hours do you want to work. If company says 60 hrs, 6 days a week and I say the norm is 48 hrs, 5 days a week, on paper, as in my case, will that change anything. Guess you are asking too many silly questions while you have already got answers to the difficult ones. Now instead of looking even more silly decide for yourself based on what you want and what is on offer. And don't shy away from work and look for a cozy life as you are too young to bother about working hours. You must be more of concentrating on getting experience, good experience which comes only with hard work and nothing else. And also grow some risk taking appetite else you wouldn't last long anywhere.
Take the company to the higher profits ...... by reporting about the people who pass the time drinking coffee every 10 minutes ...... this way those people will be kicked out & you will remain there ... employer will depend on you at the end .... this the secret I never told anyone ....
@vram: you are going to fast you didn't join the company yet and you are asking about how to quit the job..
of course u can quit whenever you want but you have to complete your one month notice period and remember one thing once you quit then come back to Qatar after two years.. They will not give you NOC
Also i heard that in qatar you can't really quit job to leave the country as per your wish.It all depends on the employer.how this will affect?.Please give your suggestions
They don't have much project in hand. Only project they are working on is Airport, which is in a handover stage. If you are looking for longterm employment then I would suggest you to look for other company.
