After 2-year Contract

Hi, I submitted my resignation 3 months before my 2year in our company
Which supposedly I already have my replacement and doing hand over this time. Unfortunately, I don’t have yet replacement and the HR is still doing some interviews. If I can not go home by February or March, is it possible for me to seek assistance in Labor? I have to go home due to some important reasons. Thank you
I really want to go home by march by my employer wont let me because our HR did not yet found a replacement.
Sheeba, When leaving your guardian , leave with good relations. Remember our sponsor spends a lot of money to bring us here , give home and food , medicine , security, roads, parks, grass , flowers, lighting etc .......... Always co operate in the last mile journey ....... Try to understand them ............
you handed in your notice and you're questioning whether if you're 'allowed' to resign?
Yes, you can. First give a reminder in a polite way to your HR people telling them of the urgency for you to go without giving specifics and reasons. Send this to them in writing preferably through email. Keep a copy of that email at home. If they still do not allow you to leave, approach the National Human Rights Committee and lodge a petition with them. They should help you out. Lastly, you can always go to the Labour Office and seek assistance. .
