Accident at Work

Guys, I need your opinion with my current situation.
Currently I am working as an engineer in one of the engineering firm here in Qatar. Unfortunately, I met an accident at work which causes me to have medical leave for almost a month. After I recovered and I come back to work, I feel that everybody and everything change. I feel that the company don’t consider me as an asset anymore. Can the company terminate my service since that the accident that I am involve with is a work related accident? If incase they will terminate me, what are the benefits that I can take? What is the notice period
unless u can prove the accident was due to company negligence, protocol or safety breaching ...
but also the company can defend itself by labeling u unprofessional, unexperienced, causing gross damage to the company equipement by mishandling or negligence...
if u want to take it to the next level than ask a lawyer.
i believe no benifits:
when a work related incident happens, than ur company must provide hospitalisation till u recover while paying ur normal salary (up to 6 months), or declared invalid (permanent/partial damage).
since ur back to work, than u recovered.
that's from the past.
company can terminate u anytime, like any other employee, with a month prior notice.
Hope things will be fine. If in case the company will not consider you anymore, you better report or complain from the labour Dept. and LP is right if you can afford to get a lawyer you will have a chance to get what is appropriate for you.
The Labor Law has a provision for such a case, but I suggest you'd better contact a lawyer!
