I resigned to my previous company in qatar and they dont want to cancel my rp. And someone (qatari) told me that need to wait for 6 months outside of qatar to cancel

If your RP has sufficient time before its expiry while you are away for more than six months, I don't think it will get automatically cancelled. I guess you will need special permission to be away from Qatar for over six months. Suggest you talk to your company's mandoob for further clarification.
