I had NOC from the company and I changed to a new company. This company is making me work 7 days a week and 12 hrs a day.Its been 16 months since Im working with them and it is physically and mentally frustrating and depressing .I wanted to change but now NOC is gone but the employer got to sign and stamp the resignation letter;if they weren't giving NOC why would they sign on resignation letter?common sense?duh?I even went to print out my contract paper( I haven't signed any paper with this employer) and I found out they used and can use old employer's contract to make ID so now suggest me what should I do in order to get out of this chaos;this hell.

Please help coz I'm suffering.

Ha! Ha!

This Molten Metal's "philosophical formula" which she has been suggesting to people at QL for 10 years now. This time she has made a change. Previously, she used to advise people to take the boss's wife to dinner(!)

ROFL!

Vish, Take the manager for dinner in a hotel , never smile till end of the dinner.

Offer him sweet dish at the last point.

Mension you will bring him out again on the week end , then only he will feel about your week end holiday.

This is a proven formula , 100% success rate .....

Next month you will get 3 rest days .... then slowly .....

After 3 months and about 9 dinners you will start getting 2 rest days / week ....

Good luck and joys .... Remember not to smile during the dinner time with your manager ...... A secret .....
