where to buy an animal to celebrate eid

asalam -o- alikum everyone!!! although ive been here many years but i havent celebrate eid in qatar so far. So now I would like to know the place where I can buy a goat/sheep and how does it work. do i pay them for everything and they will distribute the meat or something else? please comment
