resident family visa application

me and my brother was rejected when my mother applied for resident family visa here in doha. and when we tried to pass again the requirements it was said that we already passed an application but it was already rejected. my question is. when will this past application will get deleted for us to apply again thank you

Can I ask why your application got rejected?

Is it due to salary limit?

Its very difficult sponsor family here unlike in the UAE.
