QID Renewal for spouse
Good day QL!
i have some few questions to ask but here's my story.
I sponsored my wife here and found out during medical tesing in Medical Commission and CDC that there is a minor scar on her lung adn diagnosed latent TB. she undergone medication for 3 months and granted QID for a year. after finishing the medication we received a clearance letter as per doctor we can show this letter for renewing her QID.
As of now by checking her Metrash2 app, it is showing "medical status not fit, please check Expatriates Affairs Department." as I renew my QID at the satelitte office in Hamad Hospital near Ooredoo and ask for her status they just said only that it is not applicable on their office.
my question is:
1. on which office should we go to renew her QID and show this medical clearance from CDC? (if link will be provided via waze or google maps is much appreciated.)
2. how many months earlier from her expiration date can we renew her ID?

Any update how on this above issue ? Same problem here.
That is one of them but I suggest you avoid this place as it is usually crowded. There are several of them in Doha. There is one in the area around Abu Hamour which I use. You can get their locations through Google. I believe they work in the evenings also.

Is this at Immigration Gharrafa near the petrol station?
Suggest, you go over to any passport and immigration office with your documents and talk to the Captain. They are very cooperative and helpful people. They will advise you best how to go about settling your issue. Possibly, he may also allow you to get the ID renewed then and there.
