What does it Mean transfered to resident after RP Canceld

Hi,

I was under my husband sponorship and due to unforseen reason we had to cancle our RP and exist the country .

Currently i have new opportunity in Qatar but when i am login to the MOI website it stating the VISA is expired and Transfered to resident .

Can any one explain what does it mean and if their is any issue how do we resolve it

First check in MOI>inquiries>Other services > official documents and check with ur QID RP cancelled or not. It it says RP cancelled you can apply new visa.
