Visa Transfer Approval Delay

Hello.

I submitted all documents for visa transfer (to new sponsor) to the immigration office on July 31st, 2019, now this is the 26th day.. every day I am checking on the MOI site.. it is showing UNDER REVIEW. my old sponsor is saying that he will cancel the Visa, & Inform CID what I will do??

* How many days will take to transfer the visa from the current sponsor to a new sponsor?

* Status is Under Review, it is not my fault.. all of my documents are correct. if he complains to CID what they will decide??
