Visa Process (Biometric & Medical) from Kuwait. Nationality:Indian

Dear All,

I have received Qatar work visa. As I am working in Kuwait, I need advice to make further process of Biometric and Medical to get entry permit.

Do i need to travel India and approach QVC or can I do the process form Kuwait and travel to Qatar from Kuwait.
