Does any one help me. I been worked in Qatar since 12 years in one company. 10 months ago i transfer from first company to 2nd company.

Now I got another new Job in 3rd Company. But with 2nd company I completed 10 months only with unlimited contract. 2nd company also not give me NOC. Does it is possible to transfer in 3rd Company with NOC from 2nd Company and get approval from ministry for sponsorship transfer.

COOL, That will vary from person to person, what are differences between present set up & new ones, make a total, then you will be choose one which suits to both of you. It is so simple. To begin with, think, will there be any change in her salary ? How much allowances & all monetary gains will be there ? You know, this way both of you sit down together and do calculations. Good luck & joys.

Hi good day. I have a question. My wife is under my sponsorship. We want to transfer her visa to the sponsorship of the company where she is currently working. What are the requirements? And do we need to cancel her visa, exit Qatar then let the compay issue a new visa for her? Or is it ok for me to just issue a no-objection letter to transfer her visa to the company and no need to exit? Thanks so much in advance for the answers!

Thanks for the suggessions,

My old sponsor is not allowing to change sponsor(he is not allowing visa transfer, He cancel my visa and give the NOC), It means i think i should exit the country and come back with new sponsor visa,

In this situation, Weather i can apply my family visa immediately after i receive my RP or wait for few months? atleast i can apply for visit visa?

regards

Irshad

for further clarification:

You need to give COPY only of computer card of new employer to old employer mandoob

Processing of working visa transfer (change of sponsorship) will take 2 to 3 weeks as there are a lot of people changing jobs recently.

I am kinda confused on his question. Just to clarify, - you are currently working here on working visa - and you have found a new job right? you want to transfer to that new company and have been given NOC by your previous company. your family (wife and kids) are under your sponsor, correct? then your case is simple. below example as I have done the same recently:

1. Give Computer card of new employer to old employer - old employer mandoob will prepare documents with NOC and go to immigration services. (this will take 1 to 3 days, depends on how reliable your mandoob, in my case it only took 1 day)

2. after processing, mandoob will give you back the same paper he processed (attached noc with it) and you need to give it to your new sponsor mandoob so he can do transfer of working visa to new company.

3. if your wife and kids are under your sponsor, you do not need to do anything with it - in their system (immigration) the only one needs to update is your working visa to a new company - with regards to other visas attached to you, there is no concern as it will automatically update on their system.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO EXIT. hope this is clear.

Dear, thank you very much for your concern, my existing sponcer onlygive noc, means he cancel my rp and give noc, so that i can work with new sponser. I have to wait 6 months to bring my family? This is big problem for me, after lot of struggle i got kg-1 admission , from april 1st week he suppose to start classes, is there any other chance to bring them immideatly?

Thanks..

Dear Irsahd,

As long as have an NOC from the old sponsor you DON'T require to exit from Qatar and it can be transferable within Qatar to your new sponsor.

In case if you want to cancel your existing RP and would like to come in new sponsor visa Qatar immigration system does not allow to cancel your visa until your family memeber's visa cancelled.

If you cancel your family visa you will have to wait another 6 months to apply against once your starts with new sponsor.

Conclusion. Better to change your sponsor without exit and its allowed with NOC
