Visa Ban

Hellow everyone,

I resigned from my job in sep 2019. I finish my job for 1 year only. Then after that I come back to my country. And have been staying for almost 6 months in home. As as I know my previous company not canceling my old visa and I just checked in system is written out of country for 5 months.

Then now I got offer from another company in Qatar again. And I just ask....can I come back to Qatar again with new offer? Even I didn't get NOC or my old visa not camceling. Someone can help me for this. What should I do?

Thank you

Dear Daniel,

My I'd will expired in 31 July 2020. Maybe there is way I can come back by same visa if my previous company will agree for make NOC for me

I guess your visa is still valid. Normally it becomes invalid if you stay outside of Qatar for 6 months. So, you better hurry and come back.

Daniel,

Is there is any solution for that. I mean if my company willing to give me NOC and want me to transfer to new company, can I still go there with my old visa and do the transfer process when I have arrived in Doha?

You should leave it up to the company in Qatar. If they can't do it, you can't either.
