USA Green Card Holder to Visit Qatar

Hi. My Mom is USA green card holder but with a Philippine Passport. She can get visa upon arrival? If not, can apply for her family visit visa? What are the documents required from her? Thanks for your help.

No. as long as your mom holding with Philippine passport, need to apply visa .

I don't think the holding of a Green Card will affect the rules as your mom is so far still a Philippine national. However, just to make sure if your mom would be eligible to get visa under the Green Card, I suggest you visit any immigration & passport office and talk to the captain. You will get best guidance from him.
