Hi,

Me Working in a company last 11 months with RP expires in 11-June-2017.Now Company is closed and gave NOC with sign in transfer form.I got rejected in MOI while submitted for sponsorship transfer (Got new job and new sponsor signed in the transfer form) as not completed one year.Now their computer card is expired ,and my id will expire on June.

My query is

1)is it possible to transfer sponsorship if old sponsor CR is expired and my RP is expired if i am applying after 11 June 2017?

2)If i am cancelling RP with NOC and come back to qatar. Is it possible to Cancel RP and exit is computer card is expired ?

Problem is Computer card may not be renewed by company....Pls advise..
