Dear Najeer,

Please kindly explain us what is the reason for not accepting your resignation.

The decision makers of your company, possibly should be an expatriate like us.

Even if the decision maker is not the expatriate, the information to the sponsor would be given by Him (Expatriate).

One month notice period is good enough for resignation, as far as I know.

If they don't accept your resignation, there should be a reason. Unlimited contract mean, in my knowledge runs up to five years. But this will not prevent you from resigning from your job.

Please let us know more information, we will update as much as we can.

Why is the company not allowing you to leave - what reason are they giving..

Check your contract.... First contact your embassy and ask for advice .. If that's not fortcoming then contact the labourt court or Human Rights Commission

Be wise ... your sponsor is the slave master and you are the slave, but he still loves you. - If nothing works, go to your embassy.

Be wise ... Your sponsor is like your father .. Do not be angry with him .. Listen to his advice ... Perhaps he likes you too much and like a don wants you with him ....,
