Requirements for visit visa

Is House contract necessary to take visiting visa under husband's sponsorship?Is the House contract only for high rented houses?How much we want to pay to get a House with contract?

No. Most landlords violate the laws of Qatar. It's THEM who have to attest the contract on THEIR expenses (1% of the annual rent). If you have a contract unattested by the Baladiya, stop paying rent. The contract is NOT valid!

House contract is must this is as per new requirements. It doesn't matter a low rent or sky high, house contract is for all and has to be attested by Baladiya.
