REGARDING NOC OR FINAL EXIT
Dear Members,
I am a Mechanical Engineer by designation.
I joined a company last year i.e 2017 in month of march. But from last 1 year company has given me just 3 salary and have also removed all the staffs from company accomodation last month without arranging the new one. My QID will also expire on 31st march of this month
Office of company is closed now. somehow i caught PRO one day and asked him at least to renew the QID or provide NOC, for which he replied that in order to renew QID he need 2100 qar from me (whereas its duty of company to renew it) to which i declined. I asked for NOC, to which he replied that sponsor is not in Qatar from last many years and there is no authorised signatory available and he can't provide NOC. Finally i asked him to give me at least final exit so that i can go back to my home country to which he said that he can't since sponsor isn't available in Qatar.
I really don't know what should i do ? Please advise me. I am really so much depressed because of all these things.

My friend just go to the CID office in salwa road, they will send you home on their expenses or will grab the company to send you home...Good luck..

May I know the location of court, Please ?
go to Qatar court they will issue exit and noc if sponsor not available
Go to the Human rights Commission
