Qatar Visa under process (singapore to Qatar)

Hi, We were planning to bring 1 phil lady here in qatar, because there is so many process needed if we will do direct hire we were planning to do cross country Phil to Singapore to Qatar.

Questions:

1. Will the Phil. Immigration check if the passenger have visa to other countries?

2. Which airport is better NAIA? or CLARK?

3. This lady Got offloaded 25/3/2017 we were planning to book her ticket again 3/4/2017 can the immig officer check that she already got offloaded and the reasons why she got offloaded?

By the way she got offloaded because the immigration officer is asking for the ID of the person who signed her Certificate of employment. (WTF)
