Overstay in Qatar on Visit Visa

Hi, due to attending some events, my friend is overstaying about 7 on her on-arrival visa. Can she pay the fine and do a visa change flight, going to Muscat and returning again on an on-arrival visa? She is trying to start a company in Qatar and it ran into issues. There is still some paperwork to be done but she doesn't wish to overstay more days and rack up the fines due to that. Can anyone who has such experience advise, please? Thanks a lot in advance.

Fine is QAR 200 per day...

For 7 days it is QAR 1400 Riyals...

She can pay the fine and Exit...

She can come back again on On Arrival visa... the next day itself
