Is NOC Needed or Not From 1st Spetember 2016
Hi There,
I got my RP cancelled last in the month of June-2016 and i don't have NOC.so my question is, can i come back to Qatar without NOC on any VISA from 1st of Sep-2016 as they Labor department announces some grace period of three month.

I have been told by my sponsor that aftre leaving Qatar he will provide me NOC but after that he is denying now.i used to pay him money every month but still he is acting weird and also I want to fight with him.
Secondly my far friend have NOC but he has scanned copy with him but people telling him that only hard copy can get him visa.
Please help!!

I guess, you will need to be patient till the new law comes into effect.
I have even applied to Tourist visa but they asked me about NOC.it was last month when I applied the visa.i am not getting the exact situation from next month.
