Newborn's Residency Permit

Can I apply for my son's residency permit who was born last month in Doha.

His birth certificate and passport are already been made.

I have my QID but my wife is on business visa. Is it mandatory that mother should also have QID to apply for new born RP.

Or can I apply for my wife's and son's RP together. We all are in Qatar.
