New Work Visa

Hello friends..

Anybody know what is the problem with work visas? Any limitation in getting new work visa for Indians? Is the news of potential second wave affecting visa approvals true? I got offer 2 months ago. According to the employer they still did not get visas. Anybody know what it means?
