Need idea about visa to bring my wife.

I'm planning to bring my wife to accompany me. She is having experience in investment banking. She wants to work here. I hear about "free visa". Is it legal and do you know anyone can help me with this?
I also can take visit visa which is 6 month valid. But not sure about it, whether she can work or not...
So please provide me with detail if you have experienced the same situation. and a person to contact.
you can get her on a family visa and then she can work - legally

Rich, She need to wait at home for 3 months & try to find a job which is suitable for her. Please do not make hurry in this matter. You should visit some of the banks and give them her latest CV. Call them regularly, offer them some snacks / dinner on the weekend, this way you will find very close to your target.
This "Free Visa" is absolutely illegal. Also, there are some risks involved in getting hold of one. Suggest not to go for a "Free visa." Secondly, your wife cannot work on a visit visa which would also be illegal.
