I apply family visit visa for my husband through metrash but it said invalid 5th english name

I had same issue while applying family visit for my son. It was showing error like invalid fist name.

If your passport details are like I mentioned below,

follow the procedure in bracket.

Given Name: QATAR LIVING ( enter in metrash like QATARLIVING)

Surname : QATAR LIVING( enter in metrash like QATARLIVING)

Check the surname in passport, is it two words right? if there is two words in surname, write the word after the space.

Example: QATAR LIVING (Surname in passport), write LIVING as Last name in metrash.

first name should be Given Name in passport.

go to immigration main branch they will teach your husband how to do it. as they teach me how to do it

My Husbad is also trying for family visit visa through matrasg2. but 3 times his application cancelled. he visited immigration office they said he has enter wrong name. can any body advice me how to put correct name in visa application. as i guess in my passorpot only 2 names( Given name and Surname) but in matrash 5 names option avilable? please helpp
