I am applying family visit visa for my wife through metrash it is asking for last name ..but my wife doesn't have last name in passport..

I am applying family visit visa for my wife through metrash it is asking for last name ..but my wife doesn't have last name in passport.... it is not accepting blank or single space in that box..saying invalid 5th english name.. what should i do..

@newqatarguy yes i mentioned my wife father name in fifth box....and it has approved already...thank you
