Dear Friends,

I would like to share my own experience on how i have take Family RP Visa. This may be useful for others, who are trying to take the same.

First and formost check with any typing center, your Visa Catergory and then processed futher. Salary Should be 10,000 QR. If not 7000 QR with Company accomdation.

Step:1

---------

1. Education Certificate (Consolidated Marksheet, Convaction Certificate, Letter from the College)-Get the attestion from your Home Country Or i suggest you can contact Urogulf who is Qatar-doing good services. This mostly all us would have done before getting our Work Visa. Make sure you need to get MOFA Attestion Qatar.

2. Marriage Certificate-Same as above-Finally MOFA Attestion Qatar.

3. Birth Certificate for your Kids. Same as above. (In my case, my two kids borned in Oman and i got Omani Birth Certificate & India Birth Certificate-to apply, i had given only Indian Birth Certificate).

For the above certificate attestion, i took a help from UROGULF in my native and in Qatar as well!!!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Once the above documents are ready make sure the below documents to be prepared as well.

1. Job Contract (this will be done by your company with Ministry Seal)-So no need to worry about this (Salary should be 10,000 QR)

2. 6 Months Bank Salary Statement to be obtained from the bank. (You can simply visit the bank and tell them that you are going to apply family RP, they will print and give you. Charge 25 QR).

3. NOC from the Authorized Signatory(No specified format. you can go to any typing center and they will type and give you the format).

4. Application Form(This you can get and filled from the typing center)

5. Passport copies of your Family.

6. QID (of yours).

7. Your PAssport Copy.

8. House Rental Agreement with Baldiya Seal( this will be done by your landlord).

_____________________________________

With all these, you can go to any typing center and they will do all the arrangements including Arabic Translation for your Educational Certificate, Marriage Certificate & Birth Certificate for your kids. I paid 165 QR for all the typing. The typing center guy knows how to organize the papers in order wise. Don't change it.

Once the above papers are ready, you can go to Gharfa Gate No-3(go with all originals).

In Reception area, they will ask you to show the Salary Letter from the bank, Educational certificate origional.

Once done, they will ask you to go to the Counter and you can submit the papers. They will verify and give you the receipt.

Once the receipt has been issued, you can check the status either in Metrash2 app/MOI website(choose Visit Option).

In my case, i have applied on Sunday and got the visa by Thursday Evening.

1st DAy it will show application under review.

2nd Day it shown as application under process.

3rd Day also same.

4th day Applicaiton approved

5th Day application ready to print.

Once the application status become REady to Print, you can go to Gharfa Gater no 1(go with the receipt which you got while applied)-and pay 200QR per person and take the Visa.

I have done up to this stage. further, i will do and keep you posted.

Thanks.
