How to get msg pcc from ceid

Hmc HR dept collected my documents for pcc and they said will get msg but i didn't get any msg till.now 3months going on , frds pls help me what should i do !! Bcz when i call to hr dept they are saying same dialogue "will get it msg" once i went medical city  ceid buliding they are saying same "when you get msg then only come here"..but for me now job is  very important months going on.. pls help
