Fingerprint under proccess

Dear Friends,

I received a mesage that finger print for my wife is ok for Metrash.

Now,when i go online to print the form,the fingerprint status is shown as "Under proccess" from last two days.

I received ok message yesterday and currently online status is "Under proccess".

Could anyone suggest why this it is showing like this?

Is it normal and it will be ok soon?

please let me know,i am really worried.
