Family visit visa under review

Dear All, I submitted docs for family visit visa on 30/08/2016 at Gharafa Passport & Immigration Office. till now in MOI site it shows as "The Application is under Review"

Tenancy agreement is not stamped by baladiya but they accepted my documents, and also my wife and child visited Qatar last month on tourist visa and they exit on time, Do i have wait more time? i am so worried, anyone here experienced the same? waiting for your feedback.
