Family Visit Visa Application For Brother/Sister Through Metrash!

I recently(Sept'19) decided to apply for my brother family visit visa through Metrash.Here is my experience that i want to share and the procedure i followed:

Step1) I logged in on Metrash app in my mobile phone.

Step2) I went to Visa section > Family Visit Visa > New Application

Step3: A form will open with following details:

a) Name : Five Boxes :

Note, you have to fill all five boxes. Example: My Brother name is Munir Ahmad Dar,If you fill only three boxes,your application will fail and same happend in my first try,my application got cancelled.

Now question is how to solve this issue of filling name in all five boxes? Here is what i did:

Brother Name: Munir Ahmad Dar ; Father Name: Ghulam Nabi Dar

Here is how I filled all five boxes,and my Visa got approved.

First Name Box: Munir     Second Name Box: Ahmad    Third Name Box: Ghulam  Fourth Name Box: Nabi 5th Name Box: Dar

(b) DOB    (c) Passport #  (d) Passport Expiry Date (e) Passport Issue Place

In above (a) - (e),you have to fill your brother's DOB and passport details....Easy Step.

Confirm and move to next step....

Step4- Documents:

a) Passport Copy (b) Passport copy other (c) DOB Certificate 

(a) Passport Copy : Upload  front page of your brother's passport

(b) Passport Copy Others: Upload last page of brother's passport(were you have parentage and address details)

Note- In my first try,I uploaded my passport copy(front page) in (a) Passport Copy option and my brother's passport copy(front page) in (b) Passport Copy others option, and it my visa got cancelled.

(c) DOB Certificate : 10th Class degree certificate mentioning DOB can also work/Or any certificate mentioning DOB

Note: If your visa is cancelled for any mistakes,don't go to immigration for wasting your time,rather try back on Metrash following correct procedure.
