Family Visit Visa

I tried to apply for family visit Visa. It got rejected the reason mentioned 'Sponson does not meet conditions'.

Can anyone help me out of this.

My visa is driver , But I am working as an Accountant.

Also my salary is more than QAR.5000 but in contract its mentioned as Basic salary is QAR.4000 and housing and other allowance in QAR2600.

What might be the exact reason for rejection. Wether the Profession or My salary mentioned on contract.

profession labor,driver,carpenter,masons not allowed for family visit visa.
