False absconding done by my employer

Dear friends. Ramadan karrem

The company filed false absconding case against me. They clearly planned and handover me to police.without proper enquiry cid deport me to India.

My visa validity was to till September 2017.

I filed a case In Indian embassy also for without valid termination and end of service.

But in the deportation court they didn't given me even 1 minutes to tell my problems.

In the court they said to me, If you pay 12000 Qr u can stay in Qatar or depotation. I am really fedup.. I don't have money that time and they depot me to India.

Now how many years ban to enter Qatar?

I want to come back to Qatar.

What is legal way to remove my ban?

If my new employer pay the money can abel to remove my ban?

My friend went through exactly the same process, especially the comment "nobody would listen".

Despite best efforts appealing everywhere, CID, Court, NCHR no assistance or compassion was forthcoming.

My advice, forget Qatar start again another country, you have no chance when up against a LOCAL.
