Entry permit details for who are holding valid family visas

Can I know what is the current status of entry permit for family visa holders who could not able to come to doha. I have valid family visa to visit Qatar and received message that entry permit has been created(I did not apply, Govt folks created). Since september I am waiting. Family visa validity is upto Feb 21.
