Dubai Visit Visa

I have applied online visit visa for UAE for myself and my wife. However, I have no idea as they are asking for my wife's application "PLEASE ATTACH A PICTURE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SPONSOR" ...

But I have no idea about what documents they are looking ? please let me know if anybody undergone the same issue

i guess you need to upload your approval as a sponsor of your wife to let her go with you. try to do this.also i read in this forum, that you need to get your visa first, then upload it with your wife's documents ,as a proof that you will go with her.

iam also trying to get a visa online. will you kindly tell me 1: in telephone number they ask for a 9 digit number, but in qatar we have only 8 digit number, what did you do for this? also do you have to upload the iqama(face and back views?)or only face view?
