Changing job on old contract working with same sponsor for more than 5 years in a different scenario
I would like to seek advice on changing job to another sponsor. The scenario is as follows:
I am an engineer working with a company on engineers visa from 2011. In Oct.2016 last year my company gave me a termination letter and I served 2 months notice period. By the end of the notice period, my company gave me a new offer in Dec.2016 at a lower salary and I accepted it. So they gave me a new contract but still based on Labor Law no. (14) for the year 2004. My RP was not cancelled and is still under the same sponsor since 2011.
Now if I move on to a new job, do I need to get an NOC from my current sponsor or can I approach MADSLA Qatar and resolve it there.
Please advise.

am not sure if you will be able to change if you have renewed your employment contract. But anyways you can try to change by applying online in below link

Maybe try using your old employment contract while applying. If you apply you will receive SMS saying if its approved or rejected. IF its approved then you dont need NOC to change employer
