Can my husband work in qatar under my sponsorship

Hello all.
I am due to work in Doha soon. My company is giving me a full on package. My husband is coming to and will be under my sponsorship.
Can he a) look for a job there and work?
B) can he apply for a job from the UK and be under his own sponsorship and I can be under mine?? It's just the my benefits are all covered and I dont think his sponsor will cover what I have..please can you advise?? I'm going out of my mind here!!
It would be better if he could get himself a job from the UK before he moves down here. If he does come here under your sponsorship, looks around for a job and finds one, he would eventually have to return to come down here under a new sponsor.
Thank you acchabaca and nerdstark. so do u recommend he comes under his own sponsorship from uk and works here? While im on my own sponsorship and i work too?? There is more a chance hevwill gey a job from the uk.

- Yes. He can be on a family visit visa under your sponsorship. Once he gets a job here and a company can give him a work visa, he will transfer sponsorship.

- Yes of course. Now, it all depends on the job offer he will get from the company here.
Genie: If your husband is under your sponsorship, he can look for a job but cannot work here. However, if he is under a different sponsor, he can work here.
