If a company refuse to offer benefits for a hard working person there is no point wasting time with them, but in Qatar i fear we all are in a closed loop, we cant move out unless the employer agrees.

Thanks guys for your comments and advice, since im hired locally there is no sentimental relationship with my current sponsor. If they dont treat me as a professional how do they expect me to work as a professional. There is no hard feelings with my sponsor, i just want to know the possibilities of working for another company after finishing medical and fingering under my current sponsor.

Sponsor is no father no grandfather.... Dont adopt slavery. Enjoy your life. Work where you feel comfortable.

hi!

You can not change during this situation. You have to wait till one year to change another sponsor. Or you can get 6 month amendment paper from current sponsor, then u could work for some other companies.

If you try to cancel, it also not possible for 3 month. It means your ID must used 3 months inside country.

The only way you can do;

1-Work for same company, then get NOC and change.

2-Try to get ID from same company and get 6 month paper to work outside the company (You have to pay for this)

3-Stay 3 months after your ID comes then you can go by cancel with NOC and can come back again. (if u r lucky, the company will agree for this)

Good Luck

WT: Remember that out sponsor is like our father ., he brought us here and gives us salary - we need to repay his kindness

There is something called ethics & moral responsibility ..........

Since you are on probation you and the company can terminate the relation without notice. If you get NOC you can apply for a residence visa with a new sponsor.

No, You can't , and you should not also, you will spoil a vacancy, you will cause loss to your sponsor ........ it will be bad on your part ..........................
