Any Indian recently extended On Arrival Visa to Qatar?

So is it extendable or no? what if i have a friend/relative to stay with and I am not going to book a hotel room?

It is same, no change yet ..... may be after 3 months ............

Visa-free arrival for Indian nationals…

Citizens of India can be granted a visa waiver for a period of 30 days on their arrival in the State of Qatar, given the following conditions.

• The passenger’s passport must be valid for at least 6 months.

• The passenger must have a confirmed return ticket.

• The passenger must have a valid debit or credit card (For a family travelling together, the card must be in the name of the passenger or one per family)

• Passengers should provide a confirmed hotel reservation.

Yes it is extendable for 1 more month, but after the entry. Last week I have extended... one more month.

The rules have changed since then. I believe visa-on-arrival is for just one month now for Indians and Pakistanis.
