1 year gratuity

guys need your help and advice im leaing Qatar on September 5, 2017 that is my 1st year here in Qatar

my visa status is 5 years / labourer

my question is

- how much should i pay to company

- how much would i get from the company including gratuity if any.

- can i come back anytime in qatar or after two years or anytime?

You need to complete 1 year for Entitlement of Gratuity.

Gratuity is Calculated based on 21 days of your basic salary
