Emergency visa and hospital care requirements

I'm a resident of UK and my father is working in Qatar and recently he has been operated for open heart surgery. Can anyone please share the option or process for visa from Uk to Qatar and also I'm being told he will be discharged from hospital in one week time , since he's alone there won't be possible for him to take care as he requires bed rest , is there any facility like even in hospital who could take care of my dad until I come to Qatar from Uk . Even paid at hospital will be good , thanks
