Can I get a Qatari Work Visa without cancelling UAE (Dubai) work visa?

Hi,

I work in Dubai with a freelance work visa, which means my visa is not tied to the company I currently work for as a freelancer.

Recently, I got a job offer from a company in Qatar. My question is, will get a Qatari Work visa if I don't cancel my UAE visa? Can i keep both the visas (Qatar and UAE)? I would like to be able to travel back to UAE occasionally.
