mine was Upgraded from 10 to 25 Mbps with 350 Qr, i just call them to Downgrade it back to 10 Mbps with 250 because the downloading and browsing speed were 100% same...
Maybe you are lucky having real 25 Mbps but for me 10 and 25 (Maybe in my Area) are the same..
