Lulu/Samsung, failed to deliver Pre-ordered Galaxy Note-20 Ultra

Hi All,
I have pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note-20 Ultra Mystic Bronze smartphone through the Lulu store in Messila. Paid advance on 7th August and the promised delivery date was 21 August. From 20th onwards they were giving false "morning-afternoon- night-tomorrow.... promises but now says no idea when are we getting the stock.
As a customer, what is my right in this case as per Qatari laws? Can anyone advise?

My suggestion is for you to play it cool. It has just been a day from the promised date of delivery. The delay might be due the current situation all over the globe. Give them some more time, However, if you are in hurry. ask them to refund your cash.
You have the choice to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection Department if you are still unhappy with them. Here is the link:
