Qatar 2022 qualifiers: Qatari referees for South Korea vs Syria match
The Referees Committee of the Asian Football Confederation assigned Qatari referees to officiate the match between South Korea and Syria on Matchday 3 of the third qualifying round for the World Cup Qatar 2022, which will be held on October 17 in Seoul, Korea.
The crew consists of the main referee, Abdul Rahman Al Jassim, assisted by Saud Ahmed and Talib Salem, and Saud Al Abdo as the fourth referee.

The Syrian team is in fourth place in Group A with a single point after drawing with the UAE and losing to Iran. The Korean team is in second place with four points.
It is expected that the Syrian team will establish a short camp before heading to Korea, where it will face the Chinese team in a friendly.
