Ticket sales kick off for clash between Barcelona and Al Ahli Saudi FC
The countdown has begun for the highly-anticipated Qatar Airways Match of Champions, between FC Barcelona and Al Ahli Saudi FC, in Doha on December 13.
The Local Organising Committee (LOC) has started ticket sales ahead of the unique friendly at the Al Gharafa Stadium.
The public can purchase tickets from the website of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) — www.qfa.qa.
Each supporter can buy up to four tickets, in one of both of two categories. Category 1 tickets will cost QR200 each while category 2 tickets are going for QR100 each.
The LOC, which comprises representatives of the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, QFA, and Qatar Stars League (QSL), has confirmed plans to release a second batch of tickets on the QFA website which also will include the VIP tickets.
Tickets will also be available for purchase in a number of locations including local malls. Further details will be announced early next month, via the QFA’s social media channels.
Qatar Airways, the official sponsor of the two football giants, will host the match.
