Al Attiyah and Baumel finish second in Rally of Lebanon

Nasser Saleh Al Attiyah and Mathieu Baumel finished second overall in the Rally of Lebanon, the third round of the Middle East Championship (MERC), which took place yesterday.

Moreover, competitors from 27 countries participated in the 2021 edition of the rally. Nasser Saadon Alkuwari, a Qatari navigator, and Meshari Al Thefiri, a Kuwaiti driver, finished third in the MERC 2 category.

The championship, which began with the Qatar International Rally in January and ended with the Jordan Rally in May, will now continue on to the 2021 Kuwait International Rally which will take place from November 4 till 6, before concluding with the Oman Rally in December.
