WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY BUT EVERY TIME I HOPE THAT I WOULD FIND SOMEONE LIKE ME SO WE CAN BE FRIENDS I DONT FIND ?I ALWAYS HAD MANY FRIENDS TOO BUSY LIFE ,BEATIFUL.
I LIVED IN SAUDI ARABIA AT RIYAD BEFORE WE MOVED HERE TO QATAR LAST YEAR TO BE HONEST U MAY FIND ME CRAZY BUT I DIDNT LIKE IT AT ALL HERE!sorry but its true..
WELL I DONT KNOW NO ONE WHO CAN I JOIN THEIR COMPANY ALONG WITH MY HUSBAND WHO SEEMS NOT TO FIND ALSO PEOPLE WHO JUST CALLED FRIENDS BEFORE WE DID HAVE THE PROBLEM OF HAVING SO MUCH FRIENDS WE ENJOYED THEIR COMPANY AND THEY WERE SO SWEET...WELL THE CASE IS I DONT SEE THAT IT ISNT OUR PROBLEM BUT I FELT ITS THE CASE OF EVERY ONE HERE ...IN SHORT ;ITS LIKE MOST PEOPLE PROBLEM HERE U CANT GET SOSCIAL LIFE HERE...EVERY ONE GOES OUT ALONE LOOKING IN EVERYONE FACES AS IF THEY WANT TO SAY WOULD LIKE O BE MY FRIEND.....HEHEHE,

This is my first Gulf country...

Was not expecting even this much....

So comparatively m happy in Doha....m in touch with all my frens n family... thks to internet....

Social Life........ starting slowly... thks to QL...

Here 1st you make frens... then you meet them... lols...

Met couple of guyz till now n it was good...

Speed, Smoke, WitchStixs, Shreeya - It was good.

Yes, I agree that expat friendships can be like that. My experience has been sometimes more competition than friendship. I guess Doha is a city and it is always more difficult to get to know people in a new city but I think people can become wary, after all, we are all just passing through. There are so many great people in Qatar, it took me 2 years before i felt I had really made some friends.
