When do the bars open after Ramadan
I would just like to know when the hotel bars open after Ramadan. Will it be the 27th,28th July? or after Eid?
Can't seem to find the answer on the internet. I've only been here a few months and have just recieved my RP during Ramadan. No alcohol at all for a month, i'm ready for a drink. Please get back to me if you know.

I am having a party on 31 so I really hope it opens then. I will probably drive there today to see if there is a sign up
I don't know about QDC but most of the clubs and bars will be open on the 29th, at least La cigale, the Ritz etc..

Still no closer to working out when the bars open. 29th? 30th? or 31st? Three different answers. Does no one work in one of the hotels?? If you actually do know the answer, please let me know.

Sorry Tracey, I can see what I wrote was very unclear. And yes, as you say July 28 is being predicted as the "first day of Eid", so bars may reopen on July 29. But I'm not entirely sure about this. I just have a feeling that bars have always remained closed on the first day of the Eid holiday.
If Ramadan Finishes on the 28th, is the 28th not the first day of Eid? I think i'm off work from the 28th - 30th. 3 days. That would make the 29th the second day of Eid, would it not? Thanks for your response.

I think the bars re-open on the second night of Eid. So if Ramadan finishes on July 28, July 29 the bars are closed and July 30 they will be open. Can anyone else confirm this?
